Whether you're interested in traditional or gluten-free pasta making (I'm proudly one of the few—perhaps the only—instructors in the UK teaching gluten-free pasta making!), I'm here to guide you through this delightful culinary journey.

In my cosy kitchen, you'll join an intimate group of no more than six fellow pasta enthusiasts, ensuring you receive plenty of personal attention and guidance. Over four delicious hours, you'll learn to craft your own artisan pasta, choosing up to four different shapes to master. Together, we'll prepare a seasonal sauce that perfectly complements your handmade creations, and yes—you'll get to enjoy the fruits of your labour at the end!

But this isn't just about following recipes. I'll share with you the fascinating history of pasta, reveal the secrets behind choosing the finest ingredients, and teach you how to spot quality pasta in shops (trust me, you'll never look at supermarket pasta the same way again!). You'll discover the subtle art of both egg and egg-free pasta, and take home plenty of tips and tricks to continue your pasta-making adventure.

Price includes all ingredients and equipment, plus a lovely meal to finish. You'll also take home your handmade pasta to share with your loved ones (if you can resist eating it all yourself!).
